I am having similar trouble as described above. Djay Pro is not loading any of my iTunes tracks regardless of location of the library files. My iTunes library is split among multiple drives (internal and external), but Djay cannot load/play any of these files.Permissions for all iTunes-related directories and files are set to 755 and 644 respectively.

Weird one. Different to mine where they loaded initially but then just span and span.I take it that you have logged out of Spotify in the library settings area on dj2 and then logged in again when going to load a track?Maybe you need to log into your main Spotify account to see if something is up there, or it works fine outside of dj2?
So I have had this recurring problem from the first Djay Pro software. Half way through my mix, about an hour or so, when I try to load a spotify track it goes blank. The track seems to slowly load at first getting slower with each track that I load then the software just freezes. I cant use my decks or mouse to click anything and I have to restart the software.
That explains why my djay pro not loading Spotify tracks. I have never tried Tidal and SoundCloud before. It may be a good start to try something new. BTW I have a license of another Spotify converter. Does it work with Tidal or SoundCloud?
Unfortunately this included Spotify servers used by djay to load songs from the Spotify library, which is why you received the error. From what I read the attack is now under control and the sites available again, so you should no longer receive the error in djay.
