In Mystery Men, a group of superheroes with slightly-less-impressive powers than others find themselves as the last balustrade to prevent their city from being overcome by evildoers. The cast of the comedy film is impressive, and includes Ben Stiller, Hank Azaria, William H. Macy, Greg Kinnear, Janeane Garofalo, Paul Reubens, Kel Mitchell, Wes Studi, Geoffrey Rush, Lena Olin, Eddie Izzard, Claire Forlani, and Tom Waits. And while the film didn't fare too well at the box office when it first came out, it's a movie that deserves to be watched and appreciated, even more than 20 years later.
The movie said 'comedy', 'drama', and 'romance'. I would strike out the comedy part, because the movie isn't really all that funny, though drama and romance holds true. I was expecting it to be a laugh-out-funny type of movie, but it wasn't, but I wasn't disappointed with the movie either.John C. Reilly was so amazing in this movie, and I thought he was so well-cast for the role of John. There was just something about his acting that really made his character stand out like someone you could relate to, someone that had the same things going on as you do yourself. And that was really good acting. Marisa Tomei also did a good job with her role of Molly. However, playing opposite of Reilly, Jonah Hill, in the role of Cyrus, did a good job as well. There was really some chemistry and tension brewing between John and Cyrus, and the two actors made that seem very real and believable. The movie isn't a fast paced one, but it gets to where it needs to be without being a drag or boring. And I found the story told here to be quite captivating and compelling. And it was really a story that you could sink yourself into. I am sure everyone could see a little of themselves in one or more of the characters in the movie. Now what really ticked me off about the movie was the camera, with the constant panning back and forth, zooming and going back out. It seemed like the camera man was operating a camera for the very first time in his life. It was like a tourist video from some Thai resort. It was annoying and frustrating to look at. And it dragged the movie experience down a notch for me.If you like movies with real life drama in it, then "Cyrus" is definitely worth checking out, because it is so beautifully acted. You just have to get past the constant fumbling with the camera zoom button. And it was my first acquaintance with Jay Duplass and Mark Duplass movies, and this one was actually a rather good movie. So hats off to you gentlemen for bringing us a movie of this caliber.

Beetee was described as, despite being a competitor in a fight to the death, one of those people who you trust immediately, being the only person apart from Peeta who Katniss fully trusted in the 75th Hunger Games. He was highly intelligent and his greatest weapon was his knowledge of electricity. Beetee seemed quite harmless for the most part but nevertheless he had won the Hunger Games in the past, although this was almost certainly just self-defense rather than pleasure in killing. During President Coin's vote on whether to hold the 76th Hunger Games with Capitol children, Beetee voted against it despite having fought against the Capitol during the war, saying they needed to stop viewing one another as enemies. 2ff7e9595c
